A talk from Jacqui Joyce, The Property Mediators
Jacqui qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and was a property litigator for over 20 years, firstly at Lovells and latterly as a partner at Thomas Eggar LLP where she was also head of firm wide retail sector.
Jacqui has extensive experience of all types of property disputes and court procedures from the County Court to the then House of Lords. She has acted for major institutions and businesses and also individuals. She has been involved in several reported cases (the largest resulting in a £48million award of damages for her client). Jacqui also worked closely with transactional teams providing advice on due diligence, strategy and dispute avoidance.
Jacqui has been involved in over 300 mediations covering a wide diversity of property issues in both the commercial and residential sectors.
