Booking Terms

Where possible payment should be sent with booking. Invoices can be raised on receipt of a purchase order.. All invoices for these seminars must be paid by the date of the conference or within 30 days of the invoice date, whichever is earlier and must be paid regardless of attendance.

Acknowledgement of Bookings

Joining details and VAT receipt/invoice will be sent by email in acknowledgement of all bookings. Anyone not having received these details within 48 hours of the course should telephone 07429 523183 to confirm a place has been booked.

Cancellation and Refunds

Refunds will only be given if the event is cancelled by CPD essentials Ltd and will be made through your payment method, BACS or cheque whichever is most convenient to yourself. All invoices are liable for payment regardless of attendance unless a cancellation is notified at least 10 working days prior to an event. Substitute delegates can be accepted at any time including the day of the event.

Venue and conference programme

CPD essentials reserve the right to change the venue and/or speakers at any time and without prior notice. We accept no liability if a conference does not take place for reasons beyond our control including acts of god, inclement weather, transport disruption, strike action etc. We also reserve the right to cancel the event, in which case all fees will be refunded. All bookings are subject to these conditions.

Any dietary or other requirements should be advised in writing or included on the application form. Venues are checked for accessibility
