Nigel McDonough, Partner, Vail Williams
A chartered building surveyor and partner in Vail Williams LLP Nigel works nationwide on full range of building surveying activities to both commercial (industrial and offices) and residential properties for both public and private sectors clients. Work includes dilapidations; building surveys; building pathology; contract administration; project management; Party Wall matters, project monitoring for banks; planned maintenance surveys.
Nigel is a former Secretary of the Wessex branch of the Pyramus and Thisbe Club. He is a past member of the RICS Building Surveyors’ Divisional Council and continues to be an active member of the RICS.
His specialisms are in party wall and neighbourly matters as well as dilapidations.
