A talk from William Brown, Quigg Golden
William is a civil engineer who gained his initial experience with a large main contractor. He has seen many of the issues faced by our clients first hand and is able to put his knowledge of construction processes to good use by quickly identifying issues and cost-effective solutions.
William has directly advised multiple public and private sector clients on the nuances of the EU Public Contracts Directives (as incorporated into UK and Irish Legislation) on contracts valuing up to and including £105m. William is also heavily involved with the provision of training to our clients and has lectured on several key subjects including NEC3 contracts, the procurement process and dispute resolution.
