With experience including employment at BNP Paribas Real Estate in Sheffield, Matthews & Goodman, Head of Dilapidations at Lambert Smith Hampton in London and
latterly at Ingleton Wood. Ben has had the benefit of a significant range of Building Surveying work across both professional and project based aspects.
This has culminated in him specialising in dilapidations acting for both Landlords and Tenants across the full spectrum of property types, providing advice ranging from forming and pursuing terminal claims for Landlords, to providing specialist lease break advice to tenants as well as expert work.
More recently, Ben has spent increasing time focussing on the MEES Regulations and their impact upon the property lifecycle. He has been published in several industry
journals and magazines as well as carrying out many seminars and workshops for the RICS and other entities around the country.
