Tim is a residential surveyor and has been a DEA, Home Inspector and Property Manager in the past. Along with authoring two sections of iSurv for RICS he has also a contributor to the RICS Building Surveying and Residential Journals. Both in teaching and in his own business Tim is focused on how surveyors can deliver the highest possible quality of customer service and benefit to clients.

Outside of his day job Tim is also a Yoga teacher and runs regular webinars for LionHeart, a charity that supports RICS members.
