CPD essentials is a new provider of technical CPD and property conferences. Established by Alison Plenderleith who with over 15 years experience organising technical and status raising events for the RICS understands the needs of surveyors locally both in terms of content and affordability.

Live events are back – CPD is not just about clocking up the hours, it is about networking, sharing knowledge, comparing views and concerns with your peers, all of which an online conference doesn’t provide in the same way. Check the event pages for the live conferences in your area. More are planned for the end of 2023.
In 2022 you helped to raise about £600 for charity by booking your CPD training through us In 2023 we will carry on donating £1.00 from every half or one day conference booking to charity. The nominated charities for 2023 are the Ukraine humanitarian fund and Shelter.
