Steven Way MIHEEM MFPWS MRICS is a Chartered Building Surveyor of over 30 years experience, based in Chislehurst.  He is the founder and principal of Collier Stevens which for 25 years has provided a range of surveying services in London and Kent.  His particular specialisms are residential building surveys and party wall work.  He avoids valuation and considers it a risky, mucky business!

In this 1 hour webinar, Steven brings his broad experience to help give some guidance as to how party wall issues arising from both neighbouring works and work to a subject property should be considered in a building survey context, what risks there might be and how these might be reported.
