DESCRIPTION:New Home Survey Standards\nDouble Tree Hilton Southampton\, 15 January 2020\nYou will no doubt be aware of the new RICS home survey standard that is set to become mandatory for surveyors in June 2020. The proposed changes aim to better protect buyers\, and sellers\, by making sure they fully understand the importance and benefits of commissioning a home survey and making it simpler for consumers to understand what is checked\, the different surveys on offer and the level of service delivered by RICS members.
