He was a valuation member of the RICS Dilapidations Forum Steering Group for six years and sat on the Dilapidation Guidance Note v7 Working Group. He has carried out a\nnumber of specialist lectures on dilapidation and diminution valuation subjects for RICS\, University of Portsmouth\, CPD essentials plus specialist seminars for the Dilapidations Association\, of which he is Chair.
