DESCRIPTION:Legal update \n16 February 2023 \nSpeaker – Mike Lewis\, Sherrards \n  \n\nMike is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution team and heads up the Real Estate Litigation department working with businesses and individuals to end their property disputes. He advises on all issues relating to vacant possession\, dilapidations\, forfeiture\, rent reviews and more. \nHe is also the Sherrards Training Academy Partner\, helping those on their journey to a career in law. \n\n\nMike’s clients range from International and UK based developers\, retailers\, landlords and high net worth individuals. He works closely with them to achieve their objectives and they appreciate him for his unpretentiousness and “refreshing” approach to the law. \nHe enjoys being an active member of the St Albans business community and has held positions such as Chairman of the St Albans Business Improvement District (BID) and he is a Director of the St Albans City of Expertise. \nHe finds meeting people to be the best form of business development\, and this is something he instils in his team\, who are encouraged to go out and do the same.
