SUMMARY:Future home standards
DESCRIPTION:The Future Homes and Buildings Standard is a set of standards that will complement the Building Regulations to ensure new homes built from 2025 will produce 75-80% less carbon emissions than homes delivered under current regulations. \nExisting homes and certain home improvements will also be subject to higher standards\, although homeowners will only be affected if they are planning on making thermal upgrades or building an extension. \nThe Future Homes Standard was first announced in the government’s spring statement in 2019\, although the full details have yet to be completely mapped out. \nDate: Wednesday 26 January \nTime: 1600 – 1700 \nPrice: £12 plus VAT (£14.40) or £130 plus VAT (£156) for the webicard which entitles you to attend the entire programme  from September to June at no additional cost (the webinars from September will be provided as recordings. \nOnline via zoom \nPlease book below or send me an email to alison@cpdessentials.co.uk \n\n\n\n\n\n\nYou will be sent the link to join via zoom the day before \nAll webinars are recorded and can be viewed anytime after the event
