Member of building surveying\, valuation and dispute resolution faculties. \nTerry is Chairman of the Dilapidations Association \nSpecialties: Registered with RICS (EWAS) as an Expert Witness in dilapidation diminution valuations\, matrimonial dispute valuations\, retrospective valuations for negligence claims\, Proceeds of Crime Act valuations and specialist diminution valuations. Has given oral evidence on numerous occasions at County Court\, High Court\, Crown Court\, Lands Tribunal\, Planning Appeals and LVT Hearings and has acted as an independent expert in dilapidation dispute resolution. Occasional contributor to the RICS Property Journal “Estimating Losses – Supersession” [March 2014] and “Levels of Loss – Diminution Valuations” [June 2015] \nActed for WKC in “Freidland v West Kensington Court [2013]” a relief from Forfeiture case and for E.surv in “Webb Solutions v E.surv [2013]” a claim for alleged negligent valuations.
