The session will provide an update on the changes to Building Regulations and the link to planning conditions, an overview of the changes implemented through CDM 2015, and a review of fire safety principles and the use of sprinklers in open plan layouts.

The session aims to provide a practical viewpoint on how to achieve compliance, and there will be an opportunity to discuss specific queries and plenty of time for questions.

The presenter is Colin Blatchford-Brown, a regular presenter on Building Regulations and fire safety, with more than 25 years experience in building control.
